Children constitute 40% of allergic disease sufferers, which is the most common chronic diseases of childhood; from eczema, asthma, and allergic rhinitis (hay fever), to urticaria, food allergy, and anaphylaxis.

A significant misconception of allergies is the assumption that the allergen is ‘the problem’. However, Homeopathic doctors seek to prescribe the treatment that will strengthen their patient’s immune system, as opposed to suppress their allergic symptoms or avoid the allergen as a means of remaining ‘healthy’.
